What this notice covers
This notice explains what information Castellan & Okoro LLC collects through this website and what we do with it. It does not cover information you give us as a client, which is governed by our fee agreement and by the rules of professional conduct.
Information you give us
When you send a consultation request, book an appointment or send a chat message, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address and a short description of your matter. We use it to reply to you, to check for conflicts of interest and to decide whether we can help.
Please keep the description brief. Do not include confidential details, account numbers or anything time-sensitive.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as the pages visited, the type of browser and an approximate location derived from the IP address. We use it to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
The consultation form, the booking calendar, the chat window and the reviews shown on this site are provided by a third-party service, which may set cookies of its own in order to work. If you switch the site to another language, the translation is provided by Google, which may also set a cookie.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to enquiries, and where the law requires us to disclose it.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, your enquiry becomes part of your file. If you do not, we keep a record of the enquiry for as long as we need it to check for conflicts of interest, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to office@castellanokorollc.com or calling (614) 555-0142. We will respond within thirty days.
